摘要
目的 :分析影响护士工作满意度的相关因素。方法 :随机抽取在医院工作 1年以上的护士进行问卷调查 ,对问卷中每项按 3分量表记录工作满意度得分 ,比较各因素累加加权得分即为护士工作满意度得分。结果 :护士工作满意度高于平均均数 10 6名 ,低于平均均数 10 0名。结论 :根据护士对工作的满意情况 ,采取不同的管理措施及激励手段 。
Objective:To analyze related foutors that affect nurses' satisfactory degree.Method:Nurses who has over 1 year job experience,had been selected randomly for inquiry investigation,satisfactory degree had been compared with different factors.Result:106 nurses show more than average degree,with 100 other nurses less than average degree.Conclusion:We should accept different encouraging measures to improve satisfactory degree.
