The system is gotten by using radar and satellite data to forecast the short-time rainstorm area. And it is based on the radar quantitatively measurement rainfall intensity and satellite data to estimate rainstorm area. With the present data on the ground, the system gives 1hour and 3hour forecast rain storm areas.
