摘要
介绍大型氨合成塔的设计要求及国产化进程 ,综述伍德型、布朗型、卡萨利型氨合成塔的性能特点及在国内的应用情况 ,提出大型氨合成塔向大型化、单系列、低压合成、轴径向塔、小颗粒催化剂发展的趋势。
An introduction is given to the design requirements of large ammonia converters and the progress in localization; a review is written of the characteristics of Uhde, Braun and Casale ammonia converters and their domestic use; and a description is given of the converter development trend to large scale, single train, low-pressure synthesis, axial-radial configuration, and small granular catalysts.
