摘要
放射性脑损伤是头颈部疾病放射治疗后常见的并发症,按其出现的时间分为三期:急性期、早期迟发性反应期和晚期迟发性反应期。就放射性脑损伤的发病机制,临床病理及在MRI、磁共振血管成像(MRA)、磁共振波谱(MRS)、灌注成像的表现加以综述。
