摘要
用不同浓度的锌 (Zn2 + )处理燕麦种子 ,结果表明 :Zn2 + 浓度高于 1 0 -3 mol L时 ,燕麦种子萌发、种子中α -淀粉酶活性和幼苗根系与地上部生长均受到明显抑制 ;随着Zn2 + 浓度的增加 ,根系活力下降 ,细胞膜透性增加 ,硝酸还原酶活性降低 ,根冠比下降。
The oat seeds were soaked in the solution with different concentration of Zinc(Zn 2+ ) The results showed as follows: the oat seed germination,α-amylse and seedling growth wee inhibited when (Zn 2+ )>10 -3 mol/L With increased of Zn 2+ concentration,the root activity reduced and cell membrane permeability increased,Nitrate reductase and root shoot ratio reduced
