摘要
目的 :观察甲氰咪胍治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 :患儿随机分为治疗组 (n =5 4 )及对照组 (n =4 1) ,对照组予以常规抗炎、抗过敏、对症支持治疗 ;治疗组在此治疗基础上加用甲氰咪胍治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 94 .5 % ,对照组为80 .5 % ,两组疗效有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To observe the effect of cimetidine for treatment of anaphylactoid purpura.Methods: The child patients were randomized divided into treatment group( n =54) and control group(n=41). The control group was treated by anti-inflammation, anti-allergy and other therapies for symptoms; Cimetidine was added in the treatment group on the basis of the above treatment. Results: Total efficacy was respectively 94.5% in the treatment group and 80.5% in the control. There was significant difference of efficacy between the two groups( P <0.05). Conclusion: Treatment effect of cimetidine for anaphylactoid purpura is of certainty.
