探讨了采用规整填料使催化裂化分馏塔处理能力翻番和提高分馏效率的有效途径。介绍了采用规整填料进行催化裂化分馏塔改造设计的方法和生产运行情况。
The adoption of high efficiency structured packing as an effective way to increase the ca- pacity of the FCCU fractionator as well as to increase its fractionation efficiency is investigat- ed. The design method for the revamping of the fractionator by adopting structured packing and the operation of the revamped fractionator are presented.
