摘要
在炼油厂的原油选择、评价、加工以及产品调合等一系列操作过程中,只有实施“操作优化”才能最大限度地发挥原有设施的潜力,提高石油炼制的技术水平和对市场的应变能力,从而达到提高经济效益的目的。本文拟从操作优化的角度介绍当今国内外的发展、分类及存在问题。旨在与同行们交流、探讨,以取得共识。无疑。
Operation optimization studies may be classified as off-line optimization, operating instruction sys- tem (on-line calculation) and real-time optimization control. Some of the advances in operation opti- mization for refineries are reviewed, such as crude oil selection, crude oil assay, off-line steady-state process simulation, blending and dynamic control. Currently, it is very difficult for operation optimiza- tion to get reliable measuring data in the field. At the same time, the heart of each operation optimiza- tion study is the mathematical model, but the development of mathematical model that is composed of modeling and inspecting the reliability and sofficientness requires long-term effort, because the model- ing and simulation method are not as good as commonly thought.
