摘要
文中叙述了油气加工厂中诸透平机械的数学模型。针对这类工厂中广泛应用的拖动压缩机和利用余热的分轴燃气轮机、多段压缩的离心压缩机和带可调喷嘴的向心透平等,建立起它们的简单而又实用的数学模型。将其用于某油气加工厂,编制成整个装置的模拟运行软件,对不同的操作工况进行了计算,结果是准确的。
Mathematic models of turbomachines in oil and gas processing plant are presented in this paper. Practical and simple models are established for many kinds of turbomachines such as split-shaft gas tur- bine driving centrifugal compressor and recovering waste-heat, multisection centrifugal compressors, and variable nozzle centripetal trubine; which are extensively used in the processing plants. The devel- oped models are included in a computer code to simulate the operation of an oil and gas processing plant. and various operating conditions of the plant have been accurately predicted, showing that the principle and procedures used in modelling of the turbomachines are correct and successful.
