摘要
石油化工科学研究院(RIPP)以RN-1低压加氢催化剂为基础开发的11个系列16种催化剂均具有独特的作用。其中RN-1催化剂已在国内18套工业装置上应用,一次使用周期已达5年之久,有效地解决了我国二次加工油品,特别是掺炼催化裂化柴油的质量变差问题。加氢脱芳烃催化剂、石蜡加氢催化剂、脱砷剂、活性支撑剂及保护剂也都在工业应用中发挥好的效果和作用。新开发的加氢脱氮、脱硫、脱芳烃等催化剂具有活性更高和适用范围宽的特点。RIPP所开发的11个系列催化剂在活性、外形、强度及稳定性等方面满足了我国炼油工业对加氢工艺的要求,采用这些催化剂的炼油化工厂获得了十分可观的经济效益。
11 series of hydrotreating catalysts (totally16 catalysts) with different functions have been deve- loped based on RN-1, a low pressure HDN catalyst. RN-1 has been utilized in 18 hydrotreating units in various refineries, among which the longest on stream period is longer than 5 years. The problem in quality deterioration of the secondary processing oils, especially LCO from RFCC, has thus been effec- tively solved. Besides RN-1, aromatic saturation catalysts, wax hydrorefining catalyst, dearsenic agent, and prop and guard catalysts have also been applied commercially with good benefit. Newly de- veloped catalysts for HDN, HDS, aromatic saturation with still higher activity will find uses in much wider applications. These 11 series of catalysts not only meet the demands of hydroprocessing in acti vity and stability, shape and mechanical strength, but also bring about more benefit for refineries and petrochemical plants adopting these catalysts.
