摘要
骨架富硅Y沸石与水热法制备的Y沸石相比,具有羟基空穴少、晶体结构完整、有较好的结构稳定性、无非骨架铝、非选择性裂化较少等特点。通过对化学法液相抽铝补硅制备骨架富硅Y沸石的反应机理、结构表征、催化性质等方面的研究工作,发展了一种新的制备方法,并进行了中型试验。本文主要对骨架富硅Y沸石放大产品的物化性质、结构特征、反应性能等进行了研究。
As compared with ultra-stable Y zeolite, the framework silicon enriched Y zeolite produced by chemical method in aqueous solution is characterized by its less hydroxyl nests, intact crystalline struc- ture, higher structural stubility, lower content of non-framework aluminum and less non-selectivity cracking. By studying the reaction mechanism of preparation, structural characteristics and catalytic re- activity of this zeolite, a new preparation mehtod is developed with pilot plant scale production being carried out. The chemical and physical properties, structural characteristics, reaction properties of the pilot plant produced framework silicon enriched Y zeolite are investigated.
