200 children with upper respiratory tract infection (treatment group) were treated by 'Jianer Qingjie Solution', and another 100 cases (control group) were treated symptomatically. Results: In the treatment group, the cure rate was 80% and the total effective rate was 92%, which were higher than 48% and 75% in control group, P <0.01.
