摘要
为观察平喘冲剂治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效 ,将 196例患儿随机分为治疗组 10 0例口服中药平喘冲剂 ,对照组 96例静脉滴注青霉素、氨茶碱 ,疗程 1周 ,观察治疗前后喘憋、咳嗽、紫绀、哮鸣音、肺功能、肺阻抗血流的变化。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 98 0 0 % ,对照组总有效率为 93 75 % ,各项检测指标治疗组均优于对照组。提示平喘冲剂具有平喘止咳。
To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Asthma Suppressing Granule' in the treatment of childhood asthma, 196 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 100 cases were treated by the Granule and control group in which 96 cases were treated by penicillin and aminophylline, with a course of one week. Results: The total effective rate was 98.00% in treatment group and 93.75% in control group; the investigation results were better in treatment group than in control group.
