摘要
一种国产连续重整催化剂已用于抚顺石油三厂新建的连续重整装置。该装置使用了一种以二次加工油为主的质量较差的、含15w％以上C_6以下烷烃的石脑油原料。运转结果表明,催化剂的反应性能良好。在反应器加权平均床层温度468.7℃和483.8℃条件下,重整产物辛烷值(RONC)分别达到92和95.6,重整产物收率分别为87.5w％和84.5w％。
A domestic CCR reforming catalyst has been put to use in a newly built CCR reforming unit in Fushun. A low quality naphtha containing more than 15w% of C_6 paraffin was used as feedstock in this unit. The operation results indicate that the performance of the catulyst is excellent. With weighted average bed temperatures of 468.7％ nd 483.8℃, the RONC of reformate are 92 and 95.6, respec- tively,and the yields of reformate are 87.5 and 84.5w%, respectively.
