摘要
兰州炼油化工总厂 MIS 工程通过计算机网络通讯系统,把本厂的55台计算机和67台终端连接起来,实现了信息传递和资源共享。工程于1991年建成,并通过中国石油化工总公司组织的技术鉴定,在企业的生产经营和现代化管理中发挥了很大作用。本文对兰州炼油化工总厂 MIS 工程的总体设计思想、主要功能、特点及社会经济效益作以下介绍。
The Management Information System(MIS)of Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex has connected together 55 computers and 67 terminals through computer network communi- cation system and realized information exchange and resource sharing.This system was established in 1991 and has been appraised and acknowledged for its great role in the modernization of management and administration.This paper presents the overall design criteria,the main functions, the characteris- tics and the economical and social profit of this system.
