摘要
根据作者所建立的催化裂化提升管再生器的数学模型,模拟计算了催化剂循环速率、循环比、操作气速、空气温度、待生剂温度及待生剂上碳含量等因素对再生过程的影响,为进一步优化和改善再生器的设计和操作提供了依据。
Based on the mathematical model for FCC riser regenerator proposed by the authors pre- viously, the effects of varous factors (catalyst circulating rate,circulating ratio, temperature of air and spent catalyst and carbon content of the spent catalyst etc. ) on FCC catalyst re- generation are discussed. The simulation results can be applied in the design and the opti- mization of operation of the FCC riser regenerator.
