摘要 对换热网络作模拟计算是检查网络对工艺条件变动的适应性和当前运行状态的有效手段。与以前的模拟方法不同,本文采用序贯模拟策略,因此可以模拟包含分流、混流和回路的复杂网络。对几个炼油厂换热器网络的模拟结果表明,该软件占用存储少,收敛稳定性好,计算速度快,模拟结果与实测数据符合得很好,为及时调整网络结构,提高其经济效益提供了可靠的依据。 Simulation of heat-exchanger network is an effective and exclusive method to test the flexibility of the network to accommodate the variation of process conditions, as well as to explore the real working states of an existing network. A sequential approach based simulator written in FORTRAN 77 is promi- nent in the feature that it can deal with any complex network with stream splitters, stream mixers, and inherent loops, while no limit is set on the scale of the network. When applied to several industrial heat- exchanger networks, the simulator has shown merits of fast and robust convergence, and requiring less storage space. The computution results fit the measured data quite well, and provided important informa- tion for further improvement of the network structure.
