摘要
在搜集、整理和归纳13种国产减压渣油溶剂脱沥青中型实验数据基础上,利用最小二乘法,关联出不同溶剂和溶剂比时,脱沥青油密度与收率的经验式y(密度)=0.8593+0.0008x(收率)。还关联出一定溶剂和溶剂比时,脱沥青油收率与抽提塔顶温度、脱沥青油粘度与收率、残炭与收率和镍含量与收率的经验式。此外,提出了脱碳率对数和脱镍率对数与收率的关联方法。以上各关联式平均相对误差一般不超过2％。
Solvent deasphalting pilot plant experimental data with 13 Chinese vacuum residues as feed- stocks have been collected and treated. Linear regression of density (y) of deasphalt oil (DAO) with DAO yield (x)under various solvents and solvent/oil ratios yields the empirical expression: y=0.8593+0.0008x. Correlations of DAO yield vs. top temperature of extractor, DAO yield vs. viscosity, DAO yield vs. residue carbon and DAO yield vs. Ni content are obtained for known solvent and solvent/oil ratio. It is found that the log of percent removals of carbon residue and Ni content vs. DAO yield are in general linear functions. Average relative errors of the above correlationsare less than 2%.
