摘要
本文探讨了激光测速仪(LDV)在化工萃取研究中的应用,论证了LDV对Kuhni萃取塔和转盘萃取塔(RDC)流场进行测量的可能性,并对kuhni塔和RDC切向速度场进行了测量和分析,指出了它们的长处与不足,对应用较为广泛的RDC提出了改进意见。
what to be discussed in this paper is LDV(Laser-Dopplor Velocimeter) in the study of chemical engineering contactors. It proves the possibility of measuring the flow fields of Kuhni contactor and Rotary Disc Contactor (RDC) by LDV. Based on the measured results of the tangential velocity fields of Kuhni contactor and RDC, the advantages and disadvantages are analysed. In particular, some suggestions to improve RDC, which is more widely used are proposed.
