摘要
目的 评价交叉张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折疗效。方法 对 92例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者采用交叉张力带钢丝内固定治疗。结果 92例术后复查X片均为解剖复位。 6～ 12个月取出内固定 ,按陆裕朴治疗标准 ,优 86例 ,良 5例 ,差 1例 ,手术优良率 98 9%。结论 交叉张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折具有内固定牢固 ,不易松动 ,既保留了髌骨的完整性 ,又利于早期行功能锻炼等优点。
Objective To evaluate the effect of cross tension band on treating comminuted patella fracture.Methods 92 patients with comminuted patella fracture were treated by using cross tension band.Results The internal fixations were removed after 6 to 12 months , all 92 patients obtained dissected reduction.Evaluated by Lu Yupu's method ,86 cases were excellent, 5 good and 1 poor, with effective percentage being 98.9%. Conclusion The method is good for fixing the comminuted patella fracture with internal reliability . It is also good for keeping patella integration and earlier range of motion .
