通过对设想的摇杆轮式双井抽油机进行运动和动力分析以及对两套摇杆机构几何尺寸的优化表明,这种抽油机不加平衡重就能得到良好的平衡效果;可以只消耗一台抽油机所用的能量而起到两台普通抽油机的作用。这对节能、减少设备投资和延长减速器的寿命都有重大意义。
A pumping unit equipped with two rocker-pulley assemblies is devised for pumping oil from two neighbouring bores with similar well figures. This type of pumping unit can provide good counterbalance effect without counterbalance weight, and can serve the function of two conventional pumping units while the power demand amounts to only that for one pumping unit. This is of great importance to investment reducing and energy-saving.
