摘要
游梁式抽油机底座失效的主要形式是疲劳破坏,而导致疲劳破坏的主要因素有二,一是结构设计本身使得危险截面处疲劳强度不足;二是制造、安装和使用不符合规定,为疲劳破坏留下了隐患。校核计算的实例表明,12型抽油机底座的静强度能满足要求,但疲劳强度不足。最后提出了防止抽油机底座疲劳失效的具体措施。
The main form of failures occurred on the base of beam pumping units is fatigue failure. Two things account for the occurrence,One is insufficient fatigue strength at the critical sections, and the other is not conforming to the rules of manufacturing, installation and use, Measures for preventing the base from suffering fatigue failure are recommended at the end of this article.
