摘要
按照双圆弧齿轮传动设计时的各类参数约束条件和几何约束关系,给出了配齿计算方法和配齿计算公式,设计了配齿计算程序。既为工程设计提供了可行域内新的配齿方案,也为双圆弧齿轮传动的优化设计提供了优选方案集。
According to restraints of the parameters of double-circle-arc gears in a transmission, a method for selecting the teeth number of the gears is presented and a computer program for to do it is worked out. A new table of matched teeth number pairs in feasible region is provided to engineers, so that they have more choice to optimize the design of transmissions with double-circle-arc gears.
