摘要
目的 开展有效化疗研究以控制吴江地区美洲钩虫病的流行。方法 通过对美洲钩虫感染性的流行病学调查和比较不同化疗方案 ,选择和推广应用有效化疗方法。结果 结果表明美洲钩虫感染占 84 39% ,混合感染占8 89% ,美洲钩虫感染者的平均虫负荷为 2 82条 ,家庭聚集性K值为 0 5 6 ,G值为 32 5 44。在噻嘧啶、甲苯咪唑、阿苯达唑与甲苯咪唑伍用A组 ( 3片 )、甲苯咪唑与阿苯达唑联用B组 ( 6片 )、驱虫康Ⅰ组、驱虫康Ⅱ组的阴转率分别为82 93%、95 74%、91 6 0 %、95 74%、79 41%和 88 71%。实验村的感染率下降 91 13% ,对照村的感染率下降 13 37% ,有显著性差异。此外 ,防治试点的美洲钩虫感染率降至 3 17%。结论 采用连续选择性化疗方法控制美洲钩虫可取得较为满意的近期和远期效果。值得在美洲钩虫流行区推广、应用。
Objective To carry out the research of effective chemiotherapy for controlling the prevalence of Nector americanus in Wujiang City.Methods Effective themiotherpies will be chosen and popularized after epidemiological investigation of the infectious featrues of Nector americanus and comparison of the effect of different regimes of treatment.Results It showed that the infection with Nector amerianus was accounted for 84.39%,mixed infections 8.89%;the average worm burdens was 2.82 worms/per person infected with Nector americanus; the K value of family clustering was 0.56 and G value was 325.44; the negative conversion rates in the groups of pyrantel pamoate, mebendazole, menbendazole in combination with albendazole group A(three tablets),menbendazole in combination with albendazole combination group B(six tablets),mebendazole candy group I and medendazole candy group Ⅱ were 82.93%,95.74%,91.60%,95.74%,79.41% and 88.71% ,respectively.The infection rate in the experimental village was reduced by 91.13%,while only a drop of 13.37% the infection rate in the control village was recorded and the difference was significant. In addition, the average infection rate in the pilot trial spots was 3.17% Conclusion Satisfactorily immediate and forward results could be gained with the employment of consecutives selective chemiotherapy for the control of Necrtor americanus and it thus worthy to be popularized and used in areas prevalent with Nector americanus.
