摘要
根据螺杆钻具转子加工时与铣刀的相对位置,建立空间螺旋齿面坐标系和铣刀坐标系。经分析推导,得到铣刀刃形曲线方程,代入转子设计参数便可确定转子铣刀的形状和大小。还对设计中遇到的打扣问题和铣刀安装角进行了探讨。
According to the relative position of the rotor of the screw motor and the milling cutter, the coordinates of the helical tooth form and the cutter are-established. A equation for the cutting performance curve of the cutter has been worked out and the shape and size of the cutter can be determined according to the equation. The setting angle of the cutter is discussed as well.
