恶性疟Dipstick-免疫胶体金检测试纸条和ICT测试卡现场实验 被引量:1

摘要 目的 现场评价自制的恶性疟Dipstick-免疫胶体金检测试纸条和商品疟疾IDCT测试卡的敏感性和特异性及稳定性。方法 以常规镜检法作为标准,用Dipstick条和ICT卡对镜检确认的疟疾和非疟发热病人血样平行检验。结果 Dipstick条恶性疟阳性的符合率为95%,特异性为100%,30℃以上活性保持时间为45天左右;ICT卡的恶性疟(含混合感染)阳性符合率为100%,单纯间日疟符合率为97%,特异性为100%,不能区分混分感染,稳定性超过Dipstick条。结论Dipstick条仍需改进完善。ICT卡敏感特异、简便快速,是替代传统镜检较好的一种方法。 Objective These assays were to evaluate the specificity、sensitivity and stablity of the dipsticks that were made in our laboratory to diagnose the plasmodium falciparun infection. Methods Two specialists inde- pendently tested the samples with microscope thick film and thin film at the same time, distinguished the P. falci- parum or P. vivax infection, and the eventually confirmed result was regarded as gold standard. 50 malaria -in- fected samples and 100 nonmalaria-infected samples from fever patients at the same local were all tested with dip- stick and ICT card. Results the specificity of two methods were 100%, the sensitivity of dipstick to p. falcipa- rum was 95%,the sensitivity of ICT top. falciparum was 100%,the sensitivity of ICT top. vivax was 97%. ICT card was more stable than dipstick, the validity of the dipsticks could only maintain about 45 days at tempera- ture over 30℃ . Conclusion ICT card nearly substitute the traditional microscopy method, altough it is not very satisfactory for the diagnosis of p. vivax. Dipstick requires more improvements in its stablity and sensitivity.
