摘要
采用动坐标系建立了曲柄销强度计算的力学模型。在分析曲柄销内力及应力的基础上,指出在计算曲柄销疲劳强度时,可以忽略剪应力的影响,而只考虑弯静应力的作用,并给出了曲柄销疲劳强度计算的简化方法。
A mechanical model for calculating the strength of the crank pin on pumping units is established by a rotary coordinate. Analysis of the internal force and stress of the crank pin show that the shear stress can be neglected and only the effect of bending stress is to be taken into account while calculating the fatigue strength of the crank pin. And a simplified method for calculating the fatigue strength of the crank pin is presented.
