摘要
螺杆钻具中的径向Tc轴承是影响螺杆钻具使用寿命的关键部件。在分析国内外Tc轴承样品的基础上,对Tc轴承制造技术及组成摩擦面的材料进行了实验、分析和对比,采用无压浸渍技术试制成φ150mmTc轴承,并对模具的设计及有关工艺问题进行了探索。
Radial Tc bearings are the key parts influencing the service life of a downhole drilling motor. On the basis of an experimental investigation in the manufacturing engineering and the friction materials of both home-made and imported Tc bearings, an 150 mm diameter non-pressure-dipped Tc bearing is developed and problems concerning die design and relevant process are discussed.
