摘要
目的 :探讨联机尿素监测仪评价血透患者透析充分性方面的临床应用价值。方法 :16例慢性血透患者同时用尿素监测仪和常规取血法测定尿素清除指数 ( K T/V ) ,结果 :监测仪测定的 ( KT/Vm) =1.46± 0 .18,取血法测定的 KT/V( KT/Vb) =1.64± 0 .19,P>0 .0 5 ,直线回归分析 :KT/Vm=0 .83KT/Vb+0 .11,r=0 .87。结论 :尿素监测仪利用透析液动态监测尿素浓度 ,即时 ,方便和较为准确显示K T/V结果 ,有助于临床医师及时调整透析处方 ,且减少患者失血 ,是临床实用的一种 KT/V监测手段。
Objective:[WT5”BZ]To investigate the evaluation of on line urea monitor applied in the dialysis adequacy of hemodialysis (HD) patients.[WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]In 16 HD patients,KT/V was determined by on line monitor and conventional measurement at the same time.[WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ]KT/V detected on line urea monitor(KT/V m) was 1.46±0.18,KT/V detected conventional measurement (KT/Vb) was 1.64±0.19.KT/V in on line urea monitor had no significant change as compared with KT/V in conventional measurement.(P>0.05).Linear regression analysis was used:KT/Vm=0.83KT/vb+0.11.The coefficient of correlation equaled to 0.87 (r=0.87) i.e. two detections were significant positive correlation.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]On line urea monitor detect dynamically the urea concentration of dialysis fluid and display KT/V data rapidly,accurately. on line urea monitor is a very useful instrument while monitoring kT/V of HD patients.[WT5”HZ]
