摘要
目的 介绍一种新型的椎间盘手术系统MED椎间盘镜手术系统的临床应用。 方法 对 6 2例、76个间隙的MED椎间盘镜腰椎间盘摘除术患者进行回顾性总结。 结果 6 2例患者全部获平均 3～ 8个月随访 ,术后功能评定参照汤华丰等制定的疗效标准进行评估 ,优 48例 ,良 12例 ,好转 2例 ,优良率为 96 77%。未发现手术并发症。 结论 MED椎间盘镜手术系统是一种新型的腰椎间盘摘除手术系统 ,具有手术切口小、创伤小、出血少、神经根减压彻底 ,不影响脊柱稳定性 ,术后恢复快等优点 ,是未来脊柱外科微创技术的发展趋势。
Objective To introduce a new discectomy system clinical application of microendoscopic discectomy system(MED). Methods Sixty two patients with 76 interlaminar space were reviewed retrospectively. Results The 62 patients were followed up for 3-8 months. Evaluation of postoperative function was recorded by Tang Huafeng's standard: 48 cases were excellent, 12 cases were good, and 2 cases were improved. Altogether 96.77% of the patients obtained excellent and good results. No complication of operation was found. Conclusion MED is a new lumbar discectomy system with smaller incision, less tissue trauma and bleeding. It decompresses the nerve root completely, does not affect the spine's stability, and makes the patients recover fast. It is a development tendency of microtrauma technology in spine surgry in the future.
