摘要
目的 报道周围血管损伤急救及用显微外科技术修复的临床效果。 方法 收治周围血管损伤 96例 ,共14 6条血管 ,其中行血管结扎术 2 0例 30条血管 ,应用显微外科技术修复 76例 116条血管。 结果 96例患者中 6 8例肢体功能恢复良好 ,15例因神经功能恢复不全而残留肢体功能障碍 ,6例出现缺血性肌挛缩 ,6例截肢 ,1例死亡。 结论 缺血是血管外伤的重要表现 ,早期诊断、及时血管探查修复是治疗四肢血管损伤的关键 ;采用显微外科技术修复损伤血管及肢体远端筋膜室切开减压有助于提高疗效。
Objective[WT5”BZ] To report the clinical results of vascular injuries of the extremities repaired with microsurgical techniques. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Altogether 116 injured vessels of 76 cases were repaired with microsurgical techniques, including 76 vessels of 46 cases with end to end vessel anastomosis, and 34 vessels of 24 cases with autotransplantation of the vein.[WT5”HZ] Results[WT5”BZ] Of all the 96 cases, 68 cases regained functions; 15 cases were left with extremity disfunction because of incomplete recovery of the nerve; 6 cases developed ischemic contracture; 6 cases were amputated; and 1 patient died. [WT5”HZ] Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Early diagnosis, and urgent exploration and repair of the injured vessels are the key points for the treatment of vascular injuries of the extremities. It is useful to improve the effectiveness by using microsurgical techniques and fasciotomy. [WT5”HZ]
