摘要
报道了一种新的将钼引入Y分子筛的制备方法,即在水蒸汽存在下,高温焙烧MoO_3与HNaY的机械混合物,钼将以氧钼离子的形式与分子筛中的H^+发生固体离子交换反应。上述过程得到了付立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、电子顺磁共振谱(EPR)等一系列实验证据的证实。
Molybdenum has been introduced into Y zeolite by heating the mechanical mixture of MoO_3 and HNaY in the presence of water vapour. XRD, back ion exchange, FT-IR, and EPR results suggest that ion exchange occurs between protons of zeolite and the molybdenyl cations formed from MoO_3 vaporization. The introduction of Mo is easier in a water-hydrogen atmosphere than in a water-air atmosphere.
