摘要
利用固定床反应器,研究了铜系催化剂对顺酐加氧制γ-丁内酯的催化性能。筛选了众多的催化剂,得到了高选择性的加氢催化剂XYF-5,考察了反应条件对活性的影响,γ-丁内酯得率达95%。XRO测试表明,活性与Cu^0有关。AES测试表明,(?)(“□”是氧空位)构成最佳活性单元。
The catalytic properties of Cu catalysts for hydrogenation of maleic anhydride to γ-butyroiactone have been studied in a fixed-bed flow reactor. A highly selective catalyst XYF-5 has been found after testing a number of catalysts. The effects of reaction conditions on the catalytic activity are examined and a yield of γ-butyrolactone as high as 95% obtained. Results of XRD and AES show that the catalytic activity depends on Cu^2 and the structure of the active unit is (?)—O(□ is oxygen vacancy).
