摘要
目的 :探讨垂直双蒂法乳房缩小术的方法、注意事项及优缺点。 方法 :用Mckissock垂直双蒂法进行乳房缩小术 ,乳头、乳晕垂直皮下蒂移植 ,重塑乳腺实体。 结果 :术后乳房外形较好 ,乳头、乳晕成活良好 ,伤口大部分愈合良好。 结论 :运用此方法进行中、重度肥大及下垂乳房的缩小 ,效果满意。
Objective:To discuss the reduction mammoplasty through arms plumbing method,some consideration needed as well as its advantages and disadvantages. Methods:The breast can be reshaped through Mekissock arms plumbing method.The subcutaneous pedicel of nipples is transplanted and placed underneath vertically.The middle and lower part of galactophore is resected in sphenoid.Then the galactophore substance is reshaped. Results:The shape of breast is agreeable and the nipple survives satisfactorily.Most parts of the laceration restitute micely. Conclusion:The effect of reduction mammoplasty of mediumand high degree of mammary hypertrophy through arms plumbing method is satisfactory. [
