摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇酯化生成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的反应为模型反应,系统地研究了低温均相、非均相和固载型杂多酸催化剂对此反应的活性和选择性。首次以不饱和1:11系列杂多酸(盐)为催化剂,高收率、高选择性地合成优级品DBP。非均相和固载型杂多酸催化剂连续使用12次未见活性明显降低。通过正交实验,找到了反应的最佳条件和催化剂的最佳用量。系统地考察了各种因素对反应的影响,对催化机理进行了初步探讨。实验发现DBP的催化反应是体型和表型催化反应的叠加。
The synthesis of DBP using heteropoly compounds as catalysts has been studied. A number oi homogeneous, heterogeneous and supported catalysts with very high activity and selectivity have been selected. The quality of products are very fine. Many shortcomings of using suliuric acid as catalyst have been overcome. Thus heteropoly compounds will become a very important catalyst for esterification reaction. The catalysts are analysed by IR, UV, X-ray, TPD and other methods.
