摘要
根据国内各化工厂生产环氧乙烷过程中的自聚现象,分析了导致自聚的因素。发现在环氧乙烷合成过程中,酸过量和有酸性物质存在、碱性物质存在、过热以及高纯度环氧乙烷贮存期间均能发生聚台反应。提出各种预防和处理措施。
The factors leading to auto-polymerization of ethylene oxide in the course of its production by various chemical plants in our country were analysed. Our research results showed that such reaction might occur under conditions such as excessive amount of acid, the presence of acidic substances, over-heating, and also during the storage period of high-purity ethylene oxide. Measures for prevention and treatment were put forward.
