摘要
研究了用金属氧化物改性的HZSM-5沸石催化剂对乙苯-乙醇烷基化合成对二乙苯的催化性能。结果表明,改性后HZSM-5沸石催化剂的选择性和稳定性提高,而活性有所降低。双金属氧化物比单金属氧化物改性其选择性和稳定性更好。研制出8912催化剂,其对二乙苯选择性95—98%,稳定性达1200小时。现已在年产300吨对二乙苯装置上使用。
This paper studies the catalytic properties of HZSM-5 zeolite modified with metal oxides for the alkylation of ethylbenzene with ethanol to p-diethyibenzene. The results indicate that the selectivity and stability of modified HZSM-5 catalysts increase, while the activity decreases. Catalyst modified by hi-metal oxides have better selectivity and stability than those modified with single metal oxides. Catalyst 8912 with selectivity of 95%—98% and stability of 1200h has been used in a 300t/y diethylbenzene plant.
