考察了丙醛缩聚产物2-甲基戊烯醛,2-甲基戊二醇-1,3-丙酸单酯和氧化产物丙酸等在反应介质中对丙醛生成速度的影响。通过对实验数据的关联,发现它们的抑制作用可以用介质系数f来表示,即r’=r·f;f=[1+sum from t=1 to m(K_t(S_t/Rb)n^t]^(-1))
The effects on propanal formation rate of the presence of propanal condensa- tion products 2-methyl-3-ethyl, acrolein, 2-methyl-pentadiol-1, 3-propanoic mono- esters and oxidation product propanoic acid in the reaction medium have been es- timated. After correlating the experimental data, it can be shown that the inhibi- tion action can be expressed by a medium efficiency f, i. e. r'=r·f; f=[1+sum from i=1 to (?)(Ki· (Si/Rh)^(n_i)]^(-1), where r is the propanal formation rate with propanal condensation and other products as the reaction medium; r is the propanal formation rate with propanal as the reaction medium; S_i is the number of mole of inhibitor i; S_i/Rh is the molar ratio of inhibitor i to rhodium catalyst based on rhodium metal; m is the number of inhibitor; K_i and n_i are special constants for inhibitor i, they are 3.27×10^(-3), 1.07; 8.07×10^(-6), 1.33; and 1.23×10^(-3), 1.04 for 2-methyl- 3-ethyl-3-acrolein, 2-methylpentadiol-1, 3-propanoic monoesters and propanoic acid respectively.
