摘要
将3～4％二甲基亚砜(DMSO)置于-80℃冰箱冷冻保存血小板,获得与国外报道5～6％DMSO于-80℃或-196℃液氮中冷冻保存血小板基本相同效果。本研究DMSO含量低,能较好的保持血小板功能,就是冷冻保存半年以上血小板,在临床输用也收到较好的治疗效果。DMSO具有抗凝集作用,临床输注前要进行清洗,可提高血小板活力,增加临床输注效果,减少输血副作用。
This article reports the use of dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) for the preservation of platelets frozed at the temperature of-80℃.The results of this procedure are similar to preservation of platelets in 5-6% DMSO frozen in liquid nitrogen as reported abroad.With the present method,as the concentration of DMSO is lower,the function of platelets is comparatively well preserved and rather satisfactory therapeutic effect can be obtained even when they are preserved for more than half a year.Because DMSO possesses an anti-agglutination action,the preserved platelets should be washed before clinical use.
