摘要
本文主要介绍利用提高脉冲频率来产生对钨极氩弧焊电弧的影响,以便使电弧更有利于焊接工艺。为此测试了电弧温度场及压力,找出了脉冲电流频率对钨极氩弧焊电弧的影响规律,并提出高频TIG焊电弧“高频效应”机理的认识,对如何充分发挥高频TIG焊工艺特点提出一些有效的措施。
Testing and measuring arc temperature Held and pressure.an influent regulation of impulse electric current frequency upon tungsten electrode argon arc can be gained.This paper discusses the mechanism of high frequency effect and presents the effective measures to give fully utilization of the technology features of high frehuency tungsten electrode argon arc welding.
