摘要
报道经皮穿刺栓塞动脉导管未闭(PDA)19例,年龄6～54岁,均获成功,无并发症。初步认为,采用球囊导管探测PDA大小代替X线造影的新方法,球囊导管能精确探测PDA内径及其可扩张性,以保障PDA1次栓塞成功,优于X线造影,并使PDA栓塞术更安全简便和易于推广。
Percutanious transluminal plugging of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) has been performed on 19 patients,among whom 15 are females and 4 males with ages ranging from 6 to 54 years.All the operations have turned out to be successful without any complications.A new method is intruduced,with which we explore the size of PDA with a balloon catheter stead of x-ray angiography.It is considered that the inside diameter and expansibility of PDA can be inaccurately evaluated by a balloon catheter,and then the PDA plugging can be safely and successfully carried out in a single operation.It is believed that the way of balloon exploration,which makes the PDA plugging safer,simpler,more convenient and easier to be popularized,is better than that of angiography.
