咪唑安定持续静脉输注治疗惊厥性癫痫持续状态24例 被引量：3

摘要 目的　研究咪唑安定持续静脉滴注对惊厥性癫痫持续状态 (ES)的疗效 ,探讨其安全有效剂量。方法　选择 ES患儿共 4 5例 ,其中治疗组 2 4例 ,给予咪唑安定持续静脉输注 ;对照组 2 1例 ,应用一线抗惊厥剂治疗(安定静注、苯巴比妥钠负荷量肌注等 ) ;将两组的疗效进行对照 ,同时观察治疗组的有效安全剂量、副反应等。结果　治疗组疗效明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组在治疗剂量下未见明显副反应。结论　持续静脉滴注咪唑安定是治疗
