摘要
减压分馏塔的塔内件为12AlMoV钢,与之相连的塔抽出口管是15CrMo钢。本文在分析12AlMoV和15CrMo钢焊接性的基础上,提出焊条选择应以12AlMoV钢为主,选用结507Mo;焊接工艺无特殊要求。模拟焊接试验表明12AlMoV和15CrMo异种钢是可焊的。
Components material in vacuum fractionating tower is 12 AlMoV steel, and the outlet pipe connected to it is made of 15 CrMo steel. Based on analysis of the ability of both steels, this paper presents the opnion that selecting of electrode should be mainly based on 12 AlMoV steel, that is, Jie (chinese character) 507 Mo electrod should be used and no special welding process is required. Futhermore, the similitude welding test showes 12 AlMoV steel can be welded with 15 CrMo het- erogeneous steel.
