羟乙基纤维素对产层的保护作用

摘要 用半渗隔板法测定了控乙基纤维素(简称HEC)对岩心毛管力的影响,利用岩心流动试验仪测定了未酸化HEC和经酸化后的HEC对岩心渗透率的影响.试验结果表明,未酸化的HEC对岩心的渗透率有严重的损害,而被HEC污染的岩心,经酸化后其渗透率能完全恢复.酸溶试验表明,HEC经15%盐酸酸化后溶液的粘度几乎与15%盐酸溶液的粘度一样.从而证明,HEC对产层起保护作用的主要原因在于HEC容易被酸化.这一结论与R.N.Tuttle等人的试验结果相吻合. The action of hydroxgethyl celulose (HEC) on the capillary pressure of cores was determined by desaturation capillary pressure cell. The effect of unacidified HEC and acidified HEC on the permeability of cores was determined by flow test apparatus. The experimental results show that the effect of unacidified HEC on the permeability of cores is serious. If the cores contaminated by HEC are acidified, the permeability of the cores can be entirely restored. The viscosity of HEC solution acidified with 15% HC1 is almost equal to that of 15% HC1 solution. Test proved that HEC can protect the producing formation from damage, because HEC is easily acified. This conclusion agrees with the experimental result by Tuttle. R. N.
