卧置式旋风管的结构及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 卧管型多管旋风分离器是一种新型高效除尘设备,旋风管是卧管型分离器的重要部件.本文研究了三种结构的卧管型旋风管,通过性能对比实验,选出一种性能优于目前广泛应用的立置导叶式旋风管作为卧管型多管旋风分离器的基准型旋风管。并给出这种基准型旋风管的性能计算公式.计算结果表明,卧置切向入口式旋风管比立置轴流导叶式的性能要优越。 A multicyclone separator with horizontal cyclone tubes is a new dust collector device with high efficiency under high temperature. The cyclone tube is the important unit of cyclone separator. Three kinds of tubes were designed, and a optimum horizontal cyclone tube selected from the three was taken as a basic tube for the multicyclone separator. The test showed that the horizontal cyclone tube was better than the guide vaned cyclone tube for multicyclone separator. The expressions for calculating separation efficiency and pressure drop are given in this paper. Comparing with the guide vaned cyclone tube in efficiency and cost, the horizontal cyclone tube is favourable for industrial application.
