摘要
目的:观察针刺优选法治疗脑卒中恢复期经头、体针治疗1至2周后下肢仍弛缓无任何运动患者的临床疗效。方法:(1)常规针刺背俞、夹脊穴;(2)进行边针刺边观察患者的恢复状态,在刺而再刺的观察中,寻找有效的穴位和针法;(3)采用针刺后肢体即刻运动、再针刺再运动的连续反复方式,将针刺与肢体功能直接结合起来。结果:65例脑卒中偏瘫恢复期下肢无任何运动患者,经针刺优选法治疗3至4周后,按Barthel指数量表,进行运动和步行能力评价,无步行能力者5例,帮助下能步行者27例,能独立步行者33例。结论:针刺优选法对治疗脑卒中偏瘫恢复期下肢无任何运动者,具有显著疗效,并可明显缩短康复时间。
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of acu-point careful selection methods on cerebral apoplexy with the lower limbs paralysis in rehabilitation stage. Method: (1) Routinely selected acupoints were needled with points on the back. (2) Acupuncture was given at the best useful acupoints with acupoint careful selection manipulation methods. (3)One side pineprick another side activity,again and again. That is to say: acupuncture combined with activity of limbers. Result : 65 patient with the lower limbs paralysis were treated with acupuncture of careful selection manipulation methods for three or four weeks later, according to barthel index, all patients were assessed, which included : patients who acted with help were 25case. There were 5case patient of no effective and effective patients 37 case. Conclusion: Acupoint careful selection method is effective on cerebral apoplexy with the lower limbs paralysis in rehabilitation stage and shorten of cured course.
