摘要
考察了无碱液脱臭过程中烯烃和非烃对正丁硫醇氧化速度的影响.结果表明,油品中的酚、硫化物和氮化物对无碱液脱臭过程中催化剂活性无影响,而烯烃及胶质是无碱液脱臭过程中催化剂失活的重要原因.
The influence of olefine and non-hydrocarbons on the oxidation of n-butyl mercaptan in alkaline-free sweetening process was investigated. It showed that phenols, sulphides and nitrogen compounds had no influence on catalyst activation in alkaline-free sweetening process. Olefines and gum could cause catalyst deactivation.
