摘要
导数光度法是一种比较先进的光学分析技术.它具有分辨率高、抗干扰性及选择性好等优点,可以解决普通分光光度法难以解决的问题.在混合物的多组分测定中,能快速、准确地测定其中一种或几种组分,在定性分析和定量分析中得到了广泛的应用.文中简述了导数光度法的测量原理和特点,综述了它在微量分析、多组分同时测定、环境监测分析和石油分析中的近期应用概况.
Derivative spectroscopy is an advanced optical analysis technology. It has the advantages of high resolution, anti-interference and good selectivity. In the simultaneous measurement of a multi-component mixture, one or several fractions can be quickly and correctly determined with derivative spectroscopy. This method has been widely applied to qualitative and quantitative analysis. The principle and characteristics of derivative spectroscopy are briefly described. The application of derivative spectroscopy to inorganic micro-analysis, simultaneous determination of multiple components, environment analysis and petrochemical analysis in recent years is reviewed in this paper.
