摘要
300t拆装移动式龙门吊由铁路战备器材拼装而成,属国内首创,是为北京轻型汽车有限公司由美国引进的4000t压力机吊装设计的。该机单件最大重量为278t,要在已建厂房内吊装就位,受到空间等因素制约。而拆装式龙门吊适应性强,能随厂房空间和设备重量拼装。吊机的设计计算和结构型式得到了北京市劳动保护检测检验所的认可和专家会审通过。本龙门吊于1992年6月1日完成了4000t压力机的吊装就位任务。本文介绍300t 拆装移动式龙门吊的设计要求与结构特点。
A 300T built-up mobile gantry crane is assembled of various railway equipments
stocked for wartime use, and is first developed in our country. It is designed for the erection of a
4000T press introduced from the United States in Beijing Light Automobile Co. Ltd. The weight of the
heaviest single part of the press is 273T. The erection of the press is restricted by the space available in
an existing workshop. The built-up gantry crane is good in adaptability, it could be assembled in accor-
dance with the space available and the weight of the equipment to be erected. The design and construe
tion of the crane was approved by the Beijing Labour Insurance Examination Institute and check up by
the specialists concerned. The erection of the 4000T press was finished on Jun. 1. 1992. The design re-
quirements and structural features of the crane are introduced in this paper.
