摘要
梳理成网针刺加固工艺是一种传统非织造布生产工艺 ,其产品的质量控制一直是非织造布生产厂家和设备制造厂家共同研究的课题 ,尤其是产品克重的控制一直制约着产品质量的进一步提高。
Needle punched process of carding web is a traditional nonwovens production process. The control of product quality is a common research task for nonwovens production plant and equipment manufacturer, especially the control of product weight, it restricts the improving of product quality further. The reasons of needle punched process of carding influencing product weight and its control method are discussed in this paper.
